Thumbnail image for SYTYCD S7 PicI came to the conclusion last night that there is no way I will ever catch up on my SYTYCD S7 blogging.  I have already missed 2 weeks worth of episodes (4 shows) and will most likely miss this week's because I am traveling and next week's because I'll be on vacation.  The odds are stacked against me and I know when to fold.

I'd like to think that if I didn't have surgery I would have been on the ball and a blogging pro; however, I believe I probably would have faced the same issues.

I want to watch the show with everyone and not have to hide.  I want to be excited about pieces in real time and not wait until the season's over.  I can only do that if I just admit the blogging isn't working out and start watching the show without shame.

I am sorry to anyone who enjoyed my commentary.  I enjoyed writing it, but know that it takes about 3-4 hours to blog a 2-hr show.  That's time I don't have right now. =(

ROBERT PATTINSON "BOTHERED" BY WORLD CUP

Here is the latest installment of Robert Is Bothered.  In this one, he is bothered by the World Cup.  As always, Jimmy Fallon's over the top impersonation of RPattz as Edward Cullen is hilarious, especially when he hisses like a cat.  I'm actually surprised we didn't get a Robert Is Bothered installment related to Eclipse, but maybe we will next week before the opening.

I hadn't blogged the last Robert is Bothered by the iPad because I couldn't get the embed code to work; however, I see now that I can get.  Here is that clip for your viewing pleasure:

As the Cold War Kids' Hospital Beds song implies, I was in the hospital.  It was my first time in the hospital and overall, not a horrible experience thanks to the nice people who worked there.

OK, here's how my recap/reviews work:
  1. I always DVR the show so I can start/stop as many times as necessary
  2. I watch the performance and pause so I can write my own critique and prediction for what will happen without being influenced by the judges (Jidges if you're Cat)
  3. I watch and recap the Judges' responses and decisions (compare against mine)
  4. In the end, I will decide who are my favorites and predict the bottom 3 (once we get to Top 10 competition).
